Mr. Schaffer is the Vice President at PanAmerican Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Associate at York Street Capital Partners, a mezzanine fund that provides junior capital financing to sponsor-led leverage buy-outs across industries. He also worked at Pegasus Capital Advisors, a private equity firm that focuses on special situation opportunities in the middle market across various industries. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Schaffer worked as a consultant at Market Bridge, a strategic consulting firm, where he led strategy and research engagements for Fortune 500 companies throughout the world.

Mr. Schaffer received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
